Although secluded, you can always communicate with us by calling, texting or whats app. I can then give you directions or, if necessary, instruct local people/companies to help you or solve a problem.

In Warten there is an excellent restaurant with a lovely terrace on the water. There is also a bakery in the village (650 m from the ark) for fresh bread. In Eernewoude you can rent any kind of boat, a trip to Grou is always worthwhile and of course the cultural capital of 2018 Leeuwarden is only 8 km away. The location borders the Alde Feanen, a beautiful nature reserve where you can walk, cycle and sail through.

Excellent environment for cycling and walking in addition to water sports. Good cycling routes and walking paths, it is best to orientate yourself on these in advance, for example on the site of Alde Faenen, Leeuwarden, etc.

We rent from Saturday to Saturday and for a minimum of one week.
